What are your thoughts on Wi-LAN taking at least one of the Gang all the way. Someone like Dell. In light of their White Paper crediting Wi-LAN for Wi-Fi & WiMax development they would be a great candidate for willful infringement and treble damages.

Some of the defendants may have a hold harmless agreement that would allow them to seek reimbursement for any damages due to a suppliers fault. If they don't put up a good fight the supplier could say they didn't try hard enough to mitigate the expense and refuse to reimburse. Lot's of possibilities and scenarios are at play here. It's quite conceivable that Intel is calling the shots here. Will Intel risk going to court.

The laws of probabilities give us a 90 % chance of a pre court settlement. I'd say that's a tad better than any game in Vegas wouldn't you.
