There is no time to do another takeover

There is no time to do another takeoveroffer before the IPO of NordGold, IMHO. 

Steady as she goes and I also think there is a high probability of Q3 Earnings coming out in a 'timely manner" ahead of the IPO - ie by November 15.  Also, IMHO
