U.S. District Judge Ward issues Order directing that the scheduling of the trial of this case shall be dealt with at the Status Conference to be held on October 19.

Management Comment
As a result of the ongoing failure of LG to deliver source code and documents as required in discovery, and In view of the fact that the trial in the router and PC case is scheduled for January 4th 2011, WiLAN has presented to the Court the option of moving the commencement of the handset case trial to a later date as a possible course of action to be considered. At the October 19, 2010 Status Conference, U.S. District Judge Ward will determine the most efficient way to proceed with the various trials that may be required (see October 1st Status Conference Order). WiLAN is currently considering seeking sanctions against LG from the court in view of its ongoing discovery defaults.
