RE: Spin off?

RE: Spin off?The paper work is done and has been submitted to the TSE. Once the TSE is done with it and likes it then we should hear some news on it.

Sacks, I heard most of the assays are in and have been sent over to Tech B4 they release them. There hasn't been much news but I can tell you that the boys have been extremely busy analyzing the data, staking more claims and working more deals. San Jorge public hearing is just around the corner. On Nov 15 MAR will hold it's special meeting and I would think that the deal should pass easily so that means BTC will get $1.77 cash for their 1.5Mil shares ($2.65mil Cash) plus .112 Stillwater ($1.96 using todays closing price) & .5 shares of MAR gold. Not too shabby for a junior exploration company. If everything goes well and COP get the EIS then the cash from Mar will pay for most of the warrants. Like I've posted B4 these guys are just way too good. I've been in the market for a very long time and I mostly invest in mid tier to large cap companies but once in a very long time you run into a junior that is on top of their game and BTC is one of them but that is JMHO. If you don't believe me then you might believe Sheldon Inwentash considering he just filed on SEDI so in theory he has more than 10% of BTC.

I tried a few days in a row now to run Sheldon Inwentash on SEDI to see what other companies he holds but it doesn't work for him. This has never happened to me before so I have no idea what's up with that.
