RE: investors???

RE: investors???

And where would those so-called investors be if there were no guys like me willing to buy their shares on the open market when they need money and want to sell.  In my view, your definitions are silly, since when does it matter how you buy your shares, both benefit the company by providing capital and more importantly, liquidity for the companies shares.  See how many investors there would be if they had to put the money in knowing that there were no guys like me willing to buy their shares when they want out.   When someone wants to sell, I nicely step up to the plate and offer him a little more than anyone else would at the time and thus buy his shares.  When someone wants shares and no PP is available, I am happy to sell some shares at a little less than the next guy would.  I buy low when everyone is wanting to sell and thus support the price, I then sell higher when everyone seems to want stock.

I have averaged a 40% rate of return for the last 7 years, inspite of insiders and promoters of companies trying to get my money whenever possible.  How is your, "buy and hold strategy working"?  In my experience buy and hold is for suckers on these small caps.  I road ENG fro 80 cents to $3.50 last time around and had sold out every last share I owned prior to the start of drilling, as I did my research and knew that the chance of success was only about 12.5%, were you aware of this?  And if so, and you held through the drill result, that was just foolish, plain and simple.  I will likely do the same on the next drilling adventure for this company, but go ahead, be an investor and hold through the result, lets see how that works for you.
