buyout is the deal we want

buyout is the deal we want

An all-out stock buy out will be a far superior deal than what will be offered.  What interests me in this discussion is the assumption that there is a possibility that another company may put in a counter bid.  Can anyone confirm that they also believe that someone else has been sniffing round the edges?

Regardless of whatever offer gets laid down - the stock will never truly reflect the notional offer being made because:
1.  There is NO promotional work going on and almost NO ONE is following this stock (PS why do we even pay John Walters, once again PG has stripped him of any scope to actively promote this stock) and
 2. The way that the deal is structured will be so that PG can continue his lifestyle/retirement trip.

There will be no shortage of people heading for the exit on this stock – I for one have learnt some good lessons holding this stock.  I will never invest in a company where:

1.       mgmt do not have a significant ownership of the float (options do not count) and

2.       mgmt are paying themselves excessive salaries

3.       mgmt do not have a successful track record and history

4.       mgmt never keep the market updated

The list goes on of negative issues to direct at PG – regardless of the property we own.  Apologises for being negative about this stock because I’m over this company.  But you can’t teach and old dog new tricks.

PS# anyone understand why we have not had an update and explanation from PG why the PEA has been further delayed another 4 months.
