RE: RE: RE: Trades Oct 14

I think the rules are a bit different when dealing with a penny stock on the venture exchange. There's alot of speculation involved, it's way riskier, and let's face it, it's extremely unknown.  Factor in poor past performance and you get a huge discount rate.

Alot of the bigger players sit on the bench and won't come near penny stocks.  Most of the volume is driven by small players like us looking to find the next undiscovered gem.  And the small players aren't powerful enough to move this stock up in a meaningful way.

Intel and JPM might have had strong results, but how was their guidance?  How was their performance relative to their peers or the market?  Either of these things could have a huge impact on sp.  I was ATVI when they anounced earning that matched estimates but their guidance was below estimates and it instantly dropped 6% in one day.   There are alot of variables involved and that's how alot of people get burned.

As for PHO, with such little volume, people are mostly ignoring it (or have no idea what it is) and waiting for some results.  Based on my own DD I feel this company will 100% post a profit come mid November, some bigger players will get interested, and the share price will appreciate at least to .15 perhaps to .20.  In this is the case we'll all have profited from the market's inefficiencies.

Here's hoping for that
