Rig #1 - currently infill drilling BURNS BLOCK (between RR10-15 and RR10-18)

Rig One, Burns Block infill hole RR10-40 is at 377 metres this morning with an inclination of 79 degrees. Foliation, sericite alteration and some pyrite mineralization. Do not expect the high-grade zone before 450 metres.

Rig #2 - currently step-out drilling to extend the BURNS BLOCK north fence to the east (drill arrived on site on October 18, 2010)
Today: Rig Two has completed Burns Block step-out hole RR10-41 this morning to 161 metres. Entered the m...ain mineralized zone at approx 80 metres and stayed in well mineralized and sericite altered lapilli tuff and quartz eye dacite until approximately 137 metres. We are now going to drill a 75 degree hole from the same set-up and then move another 30 metres east to commence another fan of drill holes.

Rig #3 - Drilling the "B" block.
October 18, 2010:On the "B" block, drill hole RR10-B11 (-75 dip, 330 az) was collared under drill hole RR10-B10 and was at 322 metres this morning.
