Lauching a class action

Lauching a class actionA waterfall of Soc selling is coming rest assured.   While we wait, we should use this site to launch a class action law suit.  Soc  will not have the legal docs. to back their claim.  It will come clear, when Soc delays run out. The law moves slowly. Meanwhile we are being financially damaged by either a fraud, or incompetence my Tanzania who appears to have sold competing rights.

The reference to BRX was to the fact that management`s naivity to the fraud, allowed them to profit from the fraud.  This will be the case with soc.mangement. It is the Can and Soc shareholders who will have been burnt.  Tanzania is another big loser.   Can and other mining shares are already feeling the Venezuala affect.

This site should consider sending a joint complaint letter before the arbitration so the defense of `` incompetence not negligence`` is impaired.  The venture exchange may be liable as well.

I sold half my position in the 4 dollar range and regaining it now, so, I`m not hurting.  Its an excellent buying opportunity.

And yes, Soc shareholders have profited from a lower entry point---after driving  stock price down. The  soc management seems to have withheld info to assist misunderstanding and boast their price. The fact that we still do not have a map site of the competing rights is grounds alone for a law suit.

This board someday may be evidence showing we were all denied sufficient information to do our due deligence.
