I'm a small share holder, so maybe that is why I'm not concerned about JJ taking the company private.  I would assume a fair buyout, based on future value of the property.  My concerned presently is that the management does not render the underground portion of the  property less then what it should be.

Although the speed to get ore (pay the bills) is important.  Can the geology assessments continue to take place.  I would ask that LBE management not slow down the exploration at this time.  I would ask to hear about more exploration.

Production numbers are good,  keep up the good work.
