RE: My View on Erin Ventures

RE: My View on Erin VenturesHi RUSmart.

I believe the company wants the price to go up.  They also need to raise cash to keep operations going until they produce something.  I believe they would rather do PP's at a much higher price, but I do not think they control the price.  We can debate the timing of the PP, but in the end, we do not know their cash requirements.  I have to trust that Tim is doing what he needs to in order to maximizing shareholder value.  I don't care who gets a 10% finders fee.  Without all of the PP's, EV would have been bankrupt years ago.

I agree some games are being played with the share price.  I have witnessed some strange trading patterns as well as strange bids/asks.  I believe that it is an accumulation phase.  In the end, the only way anyone makes money is for the price to go up.  I believe that this is the final opportunity to take advantage of the low share price and get in on the accumulation.  Once the accumulation is complete, I think this will run and never return to these levels.

"Overall, I am positive that shareholders will make huge gain in near future."  Agreed.
