Jim Skippen , a few years back, stated that by their estimates Wi-LAN was owed $ 3.8 BILLION .

What would the estimate be now. With all the new found uses for WiMAX and Wi-Fi.

I don't think FRAND rates have come down nor do I expect we will settle for anything less than fair rates.

I don't think JS will sell us short and settle for the sake of settleing. These Gang members have been wilfully infringing imo and my belief is they are afraid to go to court.
