RE: What the heck..................Why did we drop from 95 to 28 cents? Perhaps because we sold an asset that was valued on the last Balance sheet report at about $130 M for $57 M cash and about 14.2 M PSD shares @ $1.50/ share = about $78M and than gave the shareholders the PSD shares and about $8.6 M dividend ( equals reducing Shareholder value of the company by about $ 130 - $57 -$8.6 = $66 M. That's a reduction of over $66/ 43 M shares = $1.50/ share! The PSD shares and the dividend is about 52 cents/ share which you now have in addition to the current value of DVT shares of 28 cents.
Correct me if my quick calcs are wrong.
