   What happened?  You have written a lot of words but I don't understand.  Try to shorten it up, take away the RS is evil stuff.   Just the facts.  Thanks.
   As I see it RS sells PAT to RIC on Oct 28th for twice what it was selling for.  How does this hurt Ursa?  What am I missing?
