I checked the last M/D on Sedar and company indicates they feel that thier timeline for needing a cash infusion is early fiscal 2011. 

Annual and "Special" meeting soon, which is early fiscal 2011.  Everything you need to know is already out there unless you refuse to look at it or except it.
