I am not an apologist for TARM. Their results revenue wisewere a major disappointment. But, at least, management admits theirproblems and are attempting to ameliorate further problems by eitherbringing in a capable company to run the mill or form a partnership witha major producing company.
"In the third quarter of 2010, TaraMinerals continued Don Roman operations but struggled to find the rightprofessional team to optimize processes to segregate and control minedmaterial. Due to this, recovery rates and concentrate shipments havebeen inconsistent. Metallurgical testing is currently being performed onmined material from El Sapo and other recently discovered structures atDon Roman to improve recovery rates at the mill. Management has spentthe last couple of months reviewing proposals from turn-key contractoperators to run Don Roman at expanded capacity and improved recoveryrates. Management is currently in discussions with a preferredexperienced team. Tara Minerals management is committed to resolve alloperational issues in an expeditious manner. Tara Minerals believes thatboth cash and securities on hand, and joint venture relationships willsatisfy its working capital needs for 2010."
Obviously the highgrade ore is present. Mining it is not the problem. Recovering a higherproportion of of the ore per ton has been the stumbling block and haslimited the financing to build further circuits. Hopefully managementwill employ or ,better still, bring in more knowlegable people tosupervise the plant.
Their major achievement continues to befinding and acquiring significant projects which hopefully an increasedrevenue flow or J/V will allow them to increase areas of more revenueflows,

One other positive is the note 1. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
None.
Which either means thelaw suit re the planned merger with TRGD has been abandoned or the lawsuit pertained only to Tara Gold rather than Tarm.
Myunderstanding is that TRGD financial filing will occur within aweek-famous last words.
