Suprisingly quiet this morning

I thought there'd be a serious discussion on what direction the SP would be kicking the day off in. I doubt we'll see much of a retracement that sometimes comes with dilution announcements given that it's
- such a small amount of dilution,
- is pegged at .90/share,
- isn't yet approved and/or fully subscribed yet (according to the NR at least).
Any thoughts. Uptick for the day perhaps ?
