RE: RE: Here it is!!!!! Going straight to the ‘SouThere is some interesting items happening in the hamburg area as well that has happen in the past few months. Conoco has sold a large block of land which has deep and shallow well that are drilled very close to the area of Mooncor. The player that has the deep pockets to do that purchase of the land and producing wells is CNRL.
There is also Apache in the are as the have purchased all the assets of BP 70 kms to the east.
There is also TCPL that is surveying for a expansion of a pipeline from there Hidden creeek compressor site with a 48" pipeline going east and as well north to handle new produced gas coming in from Horn river
. TCPL is building a expansion to a compresor station at the there existing station right next to the apache Hamburg gas processing site.
Also There is rumor that Devon has either did a reentry into one of there welsl to the east of hamburg that they have possible found some muskwa shale and not sure of any results.
Other company that are in the are with land that is close are Arcan, Penn West, Taqa North, Terra energy, Devon, Baytex, Enermark. All of these companies have deep wells that are all in the area and are close to the lands both on the Alberta and BC side with deep wells which surround the same area where Mooncor has there land and the one well to there name.
The only company the is slowly picking up land and wells is CNRL.
One just never know who is next to either sell and or purchase up the lands on either side. It could be any of the following: Apache, PennWest, Terra, Taqa North ,Devon, Baytex and or CNRL that are all looking at all the angle toward the Muskwa play extension of the Horn River play
. Only time and deep pockets will tell who is the winner. Possible some company from out wants to get inton the Horn River extension that is cheap to buy now and explore the Horn River Play to the south East in Hamburg and extending further to the South East . Only time will tell so allof you can pick a name and it may be the winner for a possible JV and or total buyout of the whole package. Good luck to all
