No Warrants is a Good SignOne good note about this fundraising event is that they didn't issue warrants with the stock. To me, that says the buyers are actually confident in the company. With warrants, you often see the new holders sell off all their shares at issue price, and hold the warrants as a gamble on appreciation. So I'm guessing the stock will start appreciating again soon when the Chicken Little brigade stops panic-selling.
