Like 155 Mio ounzes of gold???

Like 155 Mio ounzes of gold???I make the following assumptions:

One m^3 of rock has around 2.6 tons
I assume that one kg of REE has nearly the same value as the Lynas deposit - > 60$ per kg (Lynas = 67)
I assume that the mineralization is consistent within the 650*350m strike area (which is not)

The math:
300m * 2.6 * 20kg = 15.600 kg. This is 936.000 $ per m^3 on which you stand.
Multiplied with 650*350 = 212940000000$. Divided by 1372 (price of one ounze of gold)
This is like 155 Mio ounzes of Gold.

Can this be true???!!???
This would be a monster. Where is the mistake???
Pls correct me if I'm wrong:
