Right you are.  I presume that the deal is between 25% and 50%, and closer to 50%.  The reason is because I think that if it was for some nominal amount, the backlash would send this stock back to .01.  I would expect it to be closer to 50%, but I halved that number when I ran the calcs to figure out a price.  News will drive any other supportable positive movement, and lack of news could see this drift lower back into my buying territory.  Like I said before, I cannot imagine a scenario where this company cannot raise the money to do this deal given its alternatives.
