Valuation

ValuationI'm having some difficulty figuring the valuation on Dec 21.
Yes I see where UUU gets diluted by aprox 50% but I also see where UUU gets 50% ownership of 2 Uranium mines in far off lands that I can't pronounce. I don't know if my new mines are lo-cost producers or not.
I do know that now that we own them (1/2) and we have board representation full disclosure will occur which will see new earnings adding to our EPS. Which should attract new investors 1st 1/4 2011
Our new partner/Owner/whatever lives in this part of the world and can likely navigate his way around better than we previously could. (plus they can pronounce things......another plus). Efficiency's increase.
I don't have the obvious analytical talent of Punjabi or LouE but I don't believe the price will drop down to my average...post div.
I am raising cash for a potential smash down like we saw the other day but I don't believe I will get that lucky. The shares i hold today will get sold into the 2011 1st 1/4 News release.
Lots of DD and a crystal ball is required if you are a trader.
But if you invest you want to be in a growth story with good management
