RE: Re: DrillingDo you really think insider's are selling because they know of impending bad results? I don't think any insider would be dumb enough to do something so obviously illegal. Can't have insiders selling then in the next few day they're releasing bad news.
We just hit a new leg of trading so the insiders cashed in some options, this makes complete sense. SP hasn't seen movement like this in a while so why not cash in a portion of your holdings? There could be a number of reasons why they are selling, maybe one of them wants to buy his wife a car for christmas? Or maybe a crazy binge on hookers and blow is in order to celebrate... you never know, right?
