That's not insider volume, that is your shareholder value being diluted!!!!   The board takes those shares in lieu of half their quarterly directors' fees.  Why they get a director fee is beyond me.  I am kinda suprised they still get paid at all considering I thought I read somewhere they closed all the offices and laid off everybody.  What does the compensation committee do anyways?   Figure out how long they can pay themselves before they need to do a new financing at a dime????   By the way, anyone know how much money is left in the till???  I would have thought they are getting near the bottom of the barrel soon but who knows except the guys that are still paying themselves.
