If NAG takes over the lease and also the debts, then I conclude that NAG wanted to save some trivial money (comparing the “huge mining projects”) for not hiring a lawyer when it entered the lease. LOL
Even if they skipped the lawyer thing, they probably didn’t use a standard lease legal document. LOL
Because of that, I try not to believe anything anyone posted on these bull boards.
