Part 2I don't like to stereo type......but sometimes it's necessary!!  SOME Russians are among the wealthiest in the World because of the corrupt illegal behavior their government turns a blind eye at.  Their most wealthy businessman can be compared to the likes of Al Capone and other mobsters!!  They steal companies and their country's resources to feed their own egos and bank accounts.  This is not being good at business but having the willingness to take advantage of a new capitalist society that doesn't yet have the infrastructure or will to combat what is happening!!  It's having a lack of morals and ethics that accompany true businessmen like Warren Buffet and Bill Gates.

Just my opinion Calgary!!
