What am I missing here???$700 million market cap, 600,000,000 shares out, ony 30% of the net oil here after partners and gov't take their shares and recoverable oil very questionable. Not to mention that there are no export permits for KRG oil that I can see and none on the immediate horizon either.
If i live to be 100, I will not be able figure out why this stock is as high as it is. Maybe if they were to announce a 1- or 20,000 bbls a day discovery it might get this high, but otherwise the value is questionable.
