RE: I Find It Amusing That Investors Here

RE: I Find It Amusing That Investors HereAs someone who has never experienced any dealing with this 'Joe' fella, I must agree with badactor's general feeling. Elmer and team must have seen value in the business transaction. Executive decided they needed additional funding. Joe stepped up to mutually satisfactory terms and conditions. Good for him. Ideally, good for us. He's got his (or his clients') interests and money on the table and expects an ROI. As does everyone here. One day I'll be selling my shares. So will vette and all the others here and that'll either be on the market or to Teck directly or to some other higher (highest) bidder. It's been interesting to hear all of the bad feelings towards this Joe, but I'm not necessarily buying any of it.
Here are the three rules of business, and they apply here:
1) Everything in life is VALUE-FOR-VALUE; 2) No one gets what they deserve, they get what they negotiate; and 3) Nothing happens until something gets sold.
Finally, even with stellar assay results for hole 404 in the next 10 business days (should that indeed even happen), I don't expect the market to generate new highs for CUU until and unless both provincial and federal approvals are attained and announced for BC Hydro's Environmental Assessment for the NTL. THAT piece of news is the next big momentum changer.
--> There is a real chance that we could see the .60s next week. Caveat emptor. AND I'm still here. Good luck to all investors.
