RE: RE: 2010 and beyond

RE: RE: 2010 and beyondThanks Stag for the discussion today++ it appears timely as Joel Jackson from BMO Capital was just on BNN and was talking about the Junior Postash Sector and BHP...he said that BHP has two choices, to "build or buy" and they are moving forward with Janzen Mine and that it will not come into production until 2015-2016 and ramp up to full production for 2020....he commented that they will also look at feasible greenfield projects that have the goods and would have low capex to build their mine....he said BHP will not likely look at anything else in Sask. but more likely look at other countries with greenfield projects and privately owned greenfield projects. He does not like WPI as there are serious water issues...60 km away and will be very costly to move forward. He said the largest issue with the hot junior sector was that many of them WILL NOT get the FINANCING to build their mines! He restated that juniors will only have real value and be attractive to majors once they have completed their feasibliity studies (for many 2 years away) and that they can prove LOW COST CAPEX to develop their mine.....all good for Allana.

I agree Stag that Allana can move the drill rigs anywhere on the property depending on results and what they find in the 2D Seismic interpretations....hole #8 was drilled right next to parsons hole...he hit Sylvinite with 15% / 3.3 meters and Kainite with 39% / .58 meters, not the best grades and depths but soon we will know what Allana hits?
I would suspect that Allana will put one more hole into the south, somewhere west or east (lower Haro Property) of hole #8 to create a geological triangle that can be squared up ( Hole #8 with Hole #6 and Hole # ?) for Ercosplan to use for the 101 N1 resource calculations this spring. I am sure if Hole #8 gets better results than Parsons got, we could end up with another 3 kilometer square zone similar to the values hit in the upper zone with holes #1,#2,#3 and #7. The seismic was along strike with hole #8 so any further drilling will be based on the science of what they see in the 2D seismic survey east or west of hole #8....all good.
I expect good things from hole #7 next week...and based on where it was drilled, based on Parsons historic drilling there. If it is as good as I hope, you can box 4 holes and Ercosplan will have lattitude to square up the box for resource estimates....all good
