More Tansperancy !!!!!!!As Callinan shareholders, we have tried various avenues, including the TSX and the TSE, in order to achieve transparency in this dispute between Callinan and HudBay. The company, of course, has appealed to the Manitoba court to little or no avail. Since HudBay has recently listed on the NY Stock Exchange, and , due to the recent collapse of the financial industry, transparency is a major consideration. Sarbanes-Oxley also applies in terms of a company's financial re[porting. Therefore, an effective appeal to the NY Stock Exchange may be an avenue pressure HudBay and their auditor to disclose the facts. If the facts show that HudBay has cheated Callinan, they should pay; if Callinan is wrong, they should drop the allegations and get on with building shareholder value
