The level 2 is very interesting, with Research Cap doing all the buying the last few days, and Union (Jite I assume) creating a floor of bids underneath at .59.
Like I stated in the past, this stock went up towards $3 with very similar illiquid volume in the past. Also, are financial metrics have improved quite a bit since being a $3 stock.
