you know it,  so does everyone else.

The decline factor of a producing well is natural,  happens with all wells.  The 4800 bbls/d in 1936 was probably the initial flush production number,  it certainly wasn't measured over a month. It wasn't revisited for 75 years so that in itself tells you something.
