Karmanow...valuation ??

Karmanow, you posted a potential valuation of AAA on a basis of ounces in the ground compared to recent sales of companies to majors. Can you repost as I can't seem to find it. Also, why do you think KCL sold out for such a cheap price (80 cents per ounce in the ground M&I) when others were going for 3-4 times as much?
