Zeal's new Silver Stock report

Zeal's new Silver Stock reportThis is, again, all part of how the management of SLX.TO need to treat their marketing in the internet age.

There are a handful of websites and contributors which will be vital to target: kitco, silverseek, silverstrategies, 321gold and so on. There is a regular community of technical independent analysts and newsletter writers who post up their subscription content, with a time-lag, on a regular basis. One of the most well-known of these is Adam Hamilton (and Scott Wright) of Zeal Intelligence. Hamilton provides really outstanding essays analysing technical trend as they relate to the precious metals. I have subscribed to Zeal in the past. I have to say, his share tips are not necessarily the most scintillating - he is not really a microcap kind of guy.

Anyway, Zeal have just brought out a new Silver Stocks report, where they profile their top 12 favoured silver stocks. Frankly, I have no interest in investing in Pan American or other behemoths with lesser growth potential; but there is no reason why the SLX board should not contact Zeal and make the case for the inclusion of SLX in the next update.

There are a number of other well-known newsletters and writers out there; and they all run recommendations. SLX should be in regular touch with every single one of them, furnishing them with every possible blandishment to ensure that they give SLX coverage. SLX should make it its mission to have itself included in every single reco list.

The share prices of all these companies, particularly the ones whose value lies more in their potential than in their present P&L columns, will depend on the positivity, the excitement, the clarity, the recommendations and the momentum on the bulletin boards and in the e-newsletters and the website links. SLX should be conducting regular on-message interviews for dissemination throughout the internet. These websites are screaming out for content. Why deny it them?

A concerted campaign on SLX's part to target the retail investing community through the correct method of presentation and an intelligent use of media has the potential to increase the market cap of Silvermex Resources by a signficant percentage in exchange for a minor outlay of cost and time.
