RE: ExSudburyGuy2 Was Right...rastaman1,

I fully understand your uneasiness with Gary not being involved. Many that were never invested in LBE, or had not communicated with Gary and got an understanding of his integrity and dedication to the company and its shareholders, do not understand what we are talking about. I guess what we have to realize is that we are now invested in a company that is more close to the norm - as far as a publicly traded small company - and that does warrant some uneasiness. However, in my opinion, LBE still has some of the same potential that Gary saw, without the comfort of him having some input. And in my opinion, a company controlled by a successful public company is preferable to a company where control is held by minor insiders that have gained effective control by gaining executive office - and whose prime objective is to feather their own nest with undeserved compensation and every perk they can dream up. Believe me there is no shortage of small public companies with that problem, and I avoid them like the plague.

I am unaware of a new CEO being hired.

The financial statements that we next see will be the annual audited statements. For that reason, the deadline for release is extended to 90 days, or March 31. These statements and the related MD&A, and other annual information reports will be interesting - but I have an idea that the Q1 reports will be more interesting, as I think we might get a better idea of the potential of McWatters for its remaining life, and the mill performance at higher grade and capacity levels that will extend into the Hart era. At this point, Hart is the light at the end of the tunnel for LBE. The filing deadline for Q1 reports goes back to 45 days, or April 15. By that time, we may have an idea of the LBE "personality" in the post Gary Nash era.  I have the idea we'll find that Gary had the table set, hopefully the temporary and replacement CEO will deliver the meal.
