RE: Billionaare Soros smart moneyIf he has billions,  why didn't he offer the cash for the extra 20% working interest ?  Instead they mortgaged the farm
and had to agree to a (ahem) 40% royalty rate. 

That's a 40% royalty rate,  where all others with cash negotiated a 10% royalty.
