Short term is might have an impact for illiquid stocks.  Long term it is all about the story and fundamentals.

I am far from naive and I am not wearing rose colored glasses.  To me, as long as there are not news that changes the fundamentals (such as bad phase II results) then this is just market noise.

Depends on which kind of investor you are, i guess
