Darpa is not a State Health Department.  It is a niche market.  There is a long row to hoe after that.  There is also a posibility that Canada will make MDG a secondary supplier, but still the bulk of the business will go to the majors for some time.  I am not suggesting for a moment that MDG ignore this business but in mho, the low hanging fruit is in the emerging markets

Fact of the matter is that the major drug manufacturers have all the tools to defend their business.  It will take time.
