I agree.  Seems to be a 'exercise options or lose it' scenario.    

If you were in their situation....what would you do?  These URE boy's have been patiently accumulating stock and waiting for their 'payday' for awhile now.  Given the great run we've had ....some profit taking is to be expected.  I'm extremely heavy URE and up significantly....and have no intention of taking any profits anytime soon.  It's a volatile stock...down one minute, then significantly up the next....but i believe we're only just getting started in this uranium bull market we're in...and URE permitting catalyst is not far off!   

Fyi...for those interested...here's a more comprehesive  and up to date list of URE insider trades.  You'll note that in most cases insiders having been exercising options prior to selling...and in several cases either only sold a portion of the options exercised...or none at all.  In my book....i'd say this is a rather bullish indicator for where they think stocks going!
