RE: Canadian Super Store

RE: Canadian Super Storewhitehorse huh?

ok.. so i reviewed their financials and they have an asset for 18million on PES - Colarado.
they financed PES for 8milion to expand sales & manufacturing, which is nice to know. we got diluted down to 35% of PES on that deal.

regardless we own 18million of PES and that was 6months ago, assuming now that value has gone up with all Duracell marketing.

even if not, we use 18million and use a X2 ownership ratio, thats worth 36-40million divided by 90million PEV outstanding, that gives us close to 40cents per share. we are undervalued meaning that if someone want to buy into PES then the could take out PEV for half the true cost.

i think that duracell should buy out PEV-TSXV to gain control of PES Colardo.

Just my thoughts.
