Too much sustained buying over a number of days is not IMO any sort of confusion.
Employees and others on the ground where drilling exploration is going on are in a position to be aware of very positive events well before any official announcement . You can bet at least some of those with that kind of information would act on it directly or indirectly by word of mouth.
