RE: whats the holdup!

RE: whats the holdup!Another cog in the wheel is finalizing land. This can take time and is very competitive down there right now...trust me. Won't be long now. In my opinion, Financing has been arranged just finalizing terms, most of the land is secured...waiting on a few smaller pieces and J/V is complete but holding back till they can announce the prior pieces to the puzzle. ----------Original Message Posted 1/18/2011 4:15:53 PM---------- What comes 1st...the JV or financing?  Is one contingent on the other?  Would VER not have better access to financing with a JV in hand?  How about a JV announcement complete with additional land...wouldn't that allow VER to finance at higher levels? Thoughts anyone?
