It would seem to me that they are just giving themselves lots of time and hope to do it in a shorter time frame. In actuality if you can not drill 100 meters in a week you either are extremely incompetent or you are in extremely difficult ground. We know they are in difficult ground but they should have the drill logs for this area so should be prepared. Remember this is the section they could not test/did not test. Why? Likely because they had problems with the hole in that section. Time will tell, it sounds like IR is saying they are on site so you would think that drilling will start soon if it has not started already.
