As I've said before, I'd be happy to discuss LBE matters with you - after you've responded to past discussions requiring explanation of your inane claims.

I'd also prefer to discuss ISM matters with you on the ISM forum - but you seem reluctant to participate in that forum. I have the idea, you want to avoid as much discussion as possible about the failed mining experiment.

It will be interesting to see how your company of choice and and your CEO idol fare in this present game the penny ante conglomerate is playing. If being able to do a poor paste job of a section of the Business Corporation Act makes you a legal expert in your mind, so be it. Over the next short while we'll watch this game play out. If your idle idol decides to follow your suggestion on an injunction, we'll see if it succeeds, and what success it brings to the company your idol represents. History may be made - your idol has guided the penny ante conglomerate (formerly a mining exploration company) for quite a number of years without accomplishing anything I've noticed - or you're willing to put on a list.  You may consider that filling the treasury with flow through share proceeds and not complying with the regulations, is an accomplishment - I don't, and neither do a number of wounded investors and fund managers. But maybe the blind squirrel will trip over an acorn this time and ISM shareholder value will benefit instead of plummet. We should have an idea by the end of March on your insight and your idol's skills. Shortly, we will have another quarterly report, likely a last minute job on Feb 15. Then by Feb 28, we should have notice of the AGM, if ISM is going to hold one in accordance with TSX requirements for the first time in history. If that happens ISM will hold the AGM in March, and you can attend and share your findings with the boys on the Big IF forum. And as we all know, a new Micon Report is due in the quarter ended Mar 31. Very interesting times ahead for your conglomerate. Maybe we should have a pool on which card will tumble the House of Cards.
