Not about the Copper

Don't buy this for the copper...it's a bi-line...great story as an add on.
This one's all about the Speacialty Steel alloy that's becoming harder to find.
Couple that with some Fund coverage and large short positions whom I feel are on the wrong side of the trade and you own a winner. 15 bucks will stall her out....but if she breaks over 15.50 you will want to buy with both hands
