RECAP: Price of Gold & LSG

RECAP: Price of Gold & LSGRECAP  from:

FG report  (Friday, Jan.28,2011

" It's definitely ashort-term postive to see gold move backup through $1,322, and evenbetter, close out the week back above $1,335. These are both importantenergy levels, and if gold can stay over $1,322 early next week, itshould have afairly easy path back up to $1,355.

But there remainnumerous big retracement levels in this$1,355 - $1,365 zone, so while itmay be relatively easy and"natural" for gold to climb up to there, actually getting through that zone is a different story. It's going totake a new source of fresh bullish energy to accomplish this, which givesus an easy decision point for trading positions.

We should end up with much more clarity on gold once we seehow it handles this $1,355 - $1,365 area.
"

LSG    Lakeshore Gold           +7.59%
KGI     Kirkland Lake Gold      +7.12%
SGR   San Gold                        +11.58%
FRG   Frontier                            +39%

HGU  Gold Bull ETF                 +6.68%

IMO,  there might just be some correlation between the POG  and the price of LSG.   Not sure how much,  but possible they are at least a bit related.  Let's see how POG handles the resistance  from here, and its effect on LSG
