Breach of FIDUCIARY DUTIES...

Breach of FIDUCIARY DUTIES...The only reason they want a "2-2-2." is to avoid liability from a class action law suit. R.H., R.B., D.C., RK, J? acting as a non-director, has the same legal responsibility as an officer/director. In fact they are acting as "defacto" directors. Dan Wolf, Julio Ferreira and Tad Simmons want other officers/directors from his camp to avoid personal liability for breach of fiduciary duties and restitution for damages. They cannot work together to integrate a simple proxy statement, thus, running a company would be one be "fiasco." Global 8 needs to focus on its business affairs...or it's finished. You cannot blame RB for the demise of G8. Shareholders need to stick together and push for the AGM, vote as you choose.

The stock capitalization has reduced by $50,000,000. Wolf et all were never hired by G8, however, even if you work probobo- you work for shareholders.

While Dan Wolf has been in the drivers seat: Global 8 has sunk like the Titanic. Shareholders voted in November, 2009, and want a new board of directors. Clearly, Wolf the narcissism has put his self reputed interest ahead of shareholders.

Wolf knows he and the others will be sued by shareholders after they are fired. A You've seen a small part of the "truth" and I have the "proof," I am rather confident that a shareholder class action suit against this group will be successful. What a better way to jump ship with a 2-2-2. By the way, this proposal is "old" news. It was previously proposed over a year ago...just another wrench to add to their already dysfunctional dynamics.

I assure you all shareholders of record have signed declarations, paid legal fees and this law suit is not going away. Shareholders want an AGM. What's the problem? Why don't these individuals let shareholders vote?
