RE: RE: Why not at noon?Unfortunately I think the Wind loss in courts is going to have many expecting a change in the Telecom act, with foreign competition a possible outcome.

The end result would be blasted margins. 

This cloud is going to hang over the stock now until the situation is resolved one way or another..

Hopefully, Wind will just change thier ownership structure and increase Canadian content to get in under the requirements, and the situation can just disolve, with the Act left alone.

TD has already suggested that Rogers is an undesirable take out target, if foreign telecoms are allowed in.

They would have to battle with Verizon, AT&T, Telefonica, etc.  They would get blown to bits.
