This is an IPO!Spinoff? Takeover? No. What is being talked about is an American IPO. This is huge. IPOs on American exchanges often attract multiple investment houses who negotiate to take the company (Ortsbo) public. IPOs generate massive publicity. ORTSBO IPO will be done in the dollars. Way way more than todays shareprice.
