financing track record ?

financing track record ?
It seems that MDG has a questionable history of doing bad financings. Now with a lot planned in 2011, a lot of investors are asking where the funds will come to support the planned trials. Is there any fear of another terrible financing in the near future. 

Any thaughts ?? Any feedback would be appreciated.
